In the fall, teams play tournaments in the New England region. Youth plays Saturdays and High School level plays on Sundays.

In the fall we have team practices Sunday late afternoons/evenings.

There are optional skills clinics players can attend.

The fall season is roughly mid September through early November.

WINTER SEASON (Early Jan- Early March)

The winter season is the beginning of January through the beginning of March.

Team skills are Sunday evenings.

Optional Friday skills clinics are included.

Both are at Starland in Hanover.

There will be additional clinic offerings and tournaments players can register for and attend.

Skill sessions will be grouped to match needs.  Athletes will have a “tier” ranking. Tier 1 will focus on stick skills and fundamental. Teir 2 will focus on strategies and Lax IQ. Athletes can be moved between tiers depending on growth and development.

SPRING SEASON (YOUTH ONLY: End April-Early June)

High School athletes break for the spring season so athletes play with their local high schools.

Youth athletes break from March until the last weekend in April. Teams practice or have local games Saturday afternoons.

SUMMER SEASON (Early June - Mid July)

All athletes come together again in June.

Teams have two practices during the week at night, and an optional skills clinic at night.

High School athletes high school teams play in 3 tournaments between mid June through roughly July 24. At each of these tournaments there are college coaches, evaluating players for recruiting. By July 24 the season is done so athletes can enjoy their summer before school resumes.

Youth athletes play in 3 tournaments (in 2023, they are in Rhode Island, Taunton, MA, and outside of Burlington VT).  The season concludes by mid July so athletes can enjoy their summer before school resumes.

GOALIES

Goalies get all of the above and goalie training each week. We have a designated head goalie coach, and two other staff members who where college goalies. We bring in special goalie coached too - for example, Molly Laliberty - NCAA D1 Champion goalie from Northwestern - came down this summer and ran a clinic.

DRAW CONTROL

We train our draw takers on the draw. It is specialty training clincs offered during the year with Caitlyn Petro - The former UMass Amherst D1 recordholder and NCAA record holder for draws. Caitlyn comes to us and each of her clinics are 2 hours of training.
